												World Boxing Federation (WBF)
												Asia Pacific Bantamweight
												Champion Kenny “Big Heart”
Demecillo is looking to add to
												his belt-collection on Friday
December 2, when he fights for
												the vacant WBF Intercontinental
title at the Mandaue City Sports
												& Cultural Complex in Cebu,
												City, Philippines.

												24-year-old Demecillo, who has
												compiled an 11-3-2 (7) record
												since turning professional in
2012, won Asia Pacific honors in
September of 2015, and has since
												retained the title twice. Now
its time to take another step
												towards world championship
level, as he takes on fellow
												countryman Jestoni Autida (25).

												Autida, 9-5 (4), lost his
												professional debut in September
2013, but has since more than
												proven his worth on several
												occasions. Victories over
												undefeated Jeffrey Francisco
												(10-0-1) and highly rated
												Nattaphong Panpaew (29-3-1) in
												Thailand, are testaments to what
												he is capable of.

												In his only previous
												championship opportunity, for a
minor WBC belt, he lost a
												hotly-contested and close
												decision to unbeaten Thai
												contender Tassana Sanpattan
(29-0) in Bangkok, so he is
chomping at the bit to be
												successful in his second shot.

												A big fight for both
												challengers, the Kenny Demecillo
												vs. Jestoni Autida WBF
												Intercontinental Bantamweight
title fight is part of a show
												promoted by Omega Promotions,
televised by GMA News & Sports
												11. |
